The testing fees will be paid from donation account.
 
1. Please send your name and mailing address to: helpmalan@yahoo.com
2. We will inform the Lab to send you the test kit.
3. Follow the instruction included with the kit to collect test samples from your mouth, 
   fill the form, and attach two 39-cent stamps on the return evolope. 
   Mail them all together back to the Lab.
4. Test results will be sent to Lan's doctor. You will also receive a copy of it.

我们和 New England Red Cross HLA Lab 达成协议，将由捐款来支付自愿配型测试者在该中心测试的费用。步骤如下：

2。我们将通知中心给您邮寄自我测试用品包。

3。请您按说明从口腔中采集样本，填写表格，并在回邮信封上附两张39分邮票，一同机寄回中心。

4。中心将会把化验结果直接送达马岚医生手中。同时给您也寄回一份。
